2、 Structure:

1. Automatic paper feeding and discharging device: composed of a rotating paper holder and a paper feeder. The rotary paper rack consists of a frame, a rotating arm device, a paper roll brake and transmission device, and paper guide rollers. The automatic paper feeder consists of a swing arm, a paper pressure roller, a threaded roller, a paper guide roller, a paper cutter, a compressed air system, etc.

2. Scraper applicator: It mainly consists of a frame, feeding roller, scraper back roller, clamp adjustment device, and coating tank. The pressure and angle between the scraper blade and the paper surface can be easily adjusted.

3. The coating measurement is driven by a scraper rod, with variable frequency control of speed. The scraper rod clamping seat is divided into two parts: a mother and a child seat, made of polymer material. The scraper rod and the groove can be lubricated with water. The back of the stick holder is equipped with a high-pressure airbag, and adjusting the air pressure inside the airbag can control the pressure between the scraper and the paper sheet, thereby changing the coating amount. The scraper and rod holder are products of CCT Germany.

4. The hot air drying channel consists of an oven, guide rollers, fans, heat exchangers, and air ducts. The oven frame is made of welded steel, with stainless steel plates inside the box and insulation rock wool filling the interlayer of the box wall.

6. The back water application device uses a rubber roller immersed in a water tank to transfer water to a mesh roller, which then applies a water film onto the paper. The roller is equipped with a transmission and can be adjusted in speed. By adjusting its speed and the gap between the two rollers, the amount of water applied can be controlled.

7. The finishing cylinder group is mainly composed of chrome plated drying cylinders, which can dry, flatten, and adjust the coating paper.

8. The two roller calendering upper roller is a cold hard casting roller, and the lower roller is a rubber roller with pneumatic pressure. Both the upper and lower rollers are equipped with transmission. The automatic paper feeding device consists of a rotating paper holder and a paper feeder. The rotary paper rack consists of a frame, a rotating arm device, a paper roll brake and transmission device, and paper guide rollers. The horizontal sliding paper feeder consists of a sliding bracket, a paper pressure roller, a paper guide roller, a paper cutter, and a brake motor.

10. The frame is made of welded steel, and the foundation plate is made of cast iron, providing anchor bolts and correction pads.
